Advanced Pultruded Construction
Composite 2x4's and C-channels and other parts are made in the Composite Building Structures factory
and combined to form a termite proof, mold proof, fire proof, and water proof
patented support skeletons with the ability to withstand over 350 MPH winds.
Tests have indicated that CBS homes would have also withstood every
recorded earthquake with adequate safety margins.
Parts are combined in the factory with into panels up to
60 feet long that
are trucked to the building site and erected with the roof to enclose the home.
Buildings are delivered within 2 weeks of order and enclosed within one day by
factory trained crews.
A wide choice of windows, doors, and exterior finishing materials is
available. Insulation choices range from R-3.0 to R-28 in a 4-inch wall
and up to R-40 in a 6-inch roof.
Panels can be delivered as a skeleton or with any combination of insulation,
windows, and doors included in the panel.
